Each event takes place at South Valley UU Society (SVUUS), is hosted by SVUUS and/or its affiliates, is free unless otherwise specified and is open to the general public.

Everyone interested may participate in any or all of the events; you are welcome here. 


 

June

HOTDOG BRUNCH- Sunday June 13th at 11:30am

Please join us immediately following the Sunday service for a hotdog brunch with all the trimmings. Prices are $7 per person or $15 per family. This is the summer kickoff in lieu of pancake breakfasts, which will return in the fall. In July and August there will be Ice Cream Sundae Sundays.

DARK MOON DRUMMING - Saturday June 12th at 7:00pm

This event is held once each month during the new moon (or dark moon). The drumming circle is open to everyone – no experience necessary.
Drums, tambourines, shakers, bells and such are provided or you may bring your own. We will meet at the church in the sanctuary.

SVUUS Annual End Of Year Picnic- Sunday June 20th at 12:30pm

Bring your own meat, table service, drink and dish to share. The picnic will be held at Butler Park; look for akll the details in the June issue of the Beacon.

SVUUS and First Church Motorcycle Ride- Sunday June 27th beginning at 12:30pm

Join folks from South Valley and First Church for a fun motorcycle ride. Everyone will meet at First Church at 12:30pm, then ride up Cottonwood Canyon and get some lunch. This is a great way to meet other people to ride with. Come join the fun!
