Sunday, December 10th: How big are our hearts? How big is our welcome?

Come and hear the premiere of a new song and consider the welcome of the Statue of Liberty: Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses, yearning to breathe free.

She has greeted ships entering the New York harbor since its dedication on October 28, 1886. It is time to savor those words and recommit ourselves to welcoming the tempest tost, the homeless, the poor. What is the role that our community can play?

Can you see her in the distance? What is she calling you to do? Leadership, youth and all interested will be gathering in the high school room to talk about how our church can become a sanctuary. Come one and all! Come the tempest tost, the homeless, the poor. Let us listen together.
