Buddhist Meditation Group

We practice using traditional Japanese forms to support group meditation. We meditate together for one hour on most Saturdays, beginning at 9:00 am sharp. If it’s your first visit, please join at 8:30 to help set up the room.

If you’d like to join us, please use our Contact Card and we will contact you with helpful information about our practice and add you to our e-mail list for meeting announcements. We welcome new members and look forward to your interest.
