Buddhist Meditation Group

Bob Speiser, facilitator

We practice using traditional Japanese forms to support group meditation. We meditate together for one hour on most Saturdays, beginning at 9:00 am sharp, in the Junior High room in the Annex. (If it’s your first visit, please join Bob at 8:30 to help set up the room.)

If you’d like to join us, please contact [email protected] for helpful information about our practice and to be included in the e-mail list for meeting announcements. We welcome new members and look forward to your interest.
